SAMPLING

Innovation in collections and speedy development of accurate samples is key to success. The process starts with understanding the requirements of the client, get necessary clarifications about style details and accordingly prepare samples with the help of our professional designers & technicians. During this process, we ensure pattern’s workability, fit perfection and address the quality.

CUTTING

We ensure accuracy and precision right from the beginning through our fully automated Gerber Fabric Spreader & Plotter, Fusing Machine, CAD – Pattern & Marker Making, Cutting Machines, and Metal Gloves. 

STITCHING

The stitching department is equipped with the latest machinery comprising of a computerized single needle, double needle, bar tack, over-lock, safety and feed of arm machines. Highly skilled and trained team members are our biggest asset. 

FINISHING

We make sure that each garment is as per client’s customized/unique requirements and quality standards. The process involves fine trimming, special pressing and after wash accessories/ labeling attachment followed by final packaging.
